The owners directive was to create a traditional style office building that would serve as corporate office for Subway, provide flex space for office tenants and conference/multi purpose space. This needed to be done in a true class ‘A’ environment using the highest quality sustainable materials & systems for LEED certification.

The solution is a design that is professional, high-end with curved glass window walls, hardwood and glass stairways and intricate brick details. This project demonstrates that a conventional office appearance can be beautiful, economical and green!
