Planning for muti-tenancy and frequent turn-over involves a good understanding of commercial leasing needs and standards. This project required the lease spaces to be very flexible, efficient and attractive to a diverse leasing market for class ‘A’ office, business and professional tenants.

Creating two identical buildings with carefully planned floor areas, common space layout, window modules and multi-zoned mechanical systems provided a good solution. It also provided some economical standardization that allowed material and finish upgrades to attract high quality tenants.
