The leading specialists in Dermatology and Hair Replacement surgery needed to relocate to meet their growing clientele and expanding medical services. The desire to remain near the established location, limited land supply and residential context, which made this project unique and challenging.

The solution involved several site and land use modifications for good access, parking and street exposure. The design included scale, character and materials that complimented the surrounding residential uses. Large windows, high ceilings and an open floor plan gives the interior a light, relaxed and professional atmosphere that both staff and patients enjoy.
