The expansion needs of this growing company combined with existing site location exceeding capacity, the decision to acquire adjacent property or relocate was apparent. A new 4 acre site was chosen for planning of a new corporate headquarters, manufacturing and distribution which could allow future expansion, superior work and materials flow and keep production going as the new facility was constructed.

The design solution involved detailed site and facility planning, 2 story corporate admin offices, 10,000 SF manufacturing space and 8,000 SF distribution area. Tilt up concrete was selected for economy, low maintenance and structural efficiency. The result gave this international company a strong corporate presence, cohesive management of all departments and efficient flow of product delivery. A true win-win for the client.
