Many faith based organizations are challenged by emerging ministry opportunities and community outreach and require rethinking of how traditional facilities and the property are used. Neighborhood church needed a large sports complex that could be multi-purpose and flexible.

The design solution is a large open plan multi-purpose building with indoor soccer, basketball, meeting space, classrooms and support functions. Due to site constraints and large capacity requirements, a parking garage is located below the main level. This facility incorporated large clear spans, multi-level suspended floors and pre-fabricated building components to achieve the economy, flexibility and space requirements desired.
